The quickest way to reach us is email. We read every message and try to reply within a few working days. Messages in English are easiest for us, but you are welcome to write in any language the site supports.

Report a wrong or missing marker
Tell us which marker (for example "pure iron node" or "hard drive"), the X and Y coordinates from the bottom-left corner of the map, and what is wrong. A screenshot from the game helps a lot.

Include the page link, your browser and device (for example "Chrome on Android"), and the steps that cause the problem. If the map fails to load, a screenshot of the error is useful.

Send the page link, the text as it appears now and the wording you suggest. If it is an item or region name, the in-game term for your language is what we aim for.

Before you write
Where is my collected progress stored?
In your own browser, on the device you used. We cannot see or restore it. To move it to another PC or browser, open the Layers panel on the map, choose Export, and import the file on the other device.
Why does a marker not match my game?
The map reflects the game version shown in the footer. If you play on an older or experimental build, a few positions can differ. If you are on the current version and a marker is still wrong, please report it with coordinates.
Can I use the map in my video or guide?
Yes. Screenshots and links in videos, streams and guides are welcome, and a link back to the site is appreciated. See theterms and conditions for what is not allowed, such as copying the data or tiles wholesale.
Are you part of Coffee Stain Studios?
No. This is an independent fan project. For game support, bug reports about the game itself or account issues, please contact Coffee Stain Studios directly through their official channels.
