What Somersloops do

Research Somersloops in the MAM to unlock production amplification. A building with Somersloops slotted in makes double the output from the same input, at a much higher power cost. They are also used to build the Alien Power Augmenter.

Where to look

Most Somersloops sit in alien structures that are easy to spot once you know the shape, often in caves, on cliff faces or deep in hostile biomes. Expect creatures nearby and bring weapons.

Where to use them

Put them where they save the most: machines at the end of long chains, like Manufacturers making late-game parts. Doubling one late building saves you an entire chain of earlier machines.
